Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Attention

Due to cross-border procedures and other issues, refunds or returns will be only granted after the shipment for problems related to product quality, a mismatch between the purchased product and the received one, product quality issues caused by logistics, or delays in delivery beyond the promised time.

1. Product quality issues include: product damage, significant functional defects, and significant discrepancies between the product and its description without relevant hints on the product page.
2.If the product you received does not match the details provided in the product description, including discrepancies in size, color, quantity, or other specifications, you may be eligible for a return. (Discrepancies: The item received must differ significantly from what was described on our website.)
3. Logistics timeliness issues include: failure to ship according to the promised shipping time, failure to deliver within the promised time frame for the destination country (refer to the shipping policy for details). Please note that timeliness issues do not include problems caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the user or the inability to contact the user during delivery.
4. Product quality issues caused by logistics include product damage and significant functional defects caused by transportation.

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for issues not mentioned above. We appreciate your understanding. If you encounter any product quality issues, please take photos as evidence and contact us promptly.

 

Return at your own expense

You can return items at your own expense if the issues do not align with those specified in our return policy. This includes all costs incurred during the return process, such as shipping fees and customs fees.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse located in Beijing. Once we receive the returned item, we will confirm its condition. If it meets our return criteria, we will promptly ship out the replacement product. Due to the logistics involved in shipping from Beijing to the U.S., there is a shipping fee of $19. To proceed with the exchange, please place a new order for a "Shipping Fee" item on our website to cover this cost. If the exchange cannot be completed for any reason, we will refund the $19 shipping fee.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
