Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Attention

Due to cross-border procedures and other factors, returns and refunds will only be accepted after shipment under the following circumstances: product quality issues, inconsistent received goods, product damage caused by logistics, and delivery exceeding the maximum logistics time limit.
1. Product quality issues include damaged goods, major functional faults, and obvious discrepancies between actual items and page descriptions without relevant notes on the product page.
2. You may apply for a return if the received goods differ from the description in size, color, quantity and other specifications. (Definition of discrepancy: substantial obvious differences between the received item and website description.)
3. If goods fail to be delivered within 25 business days from the order date and no new delivery arrangement is agreed by both parties, we will be deemed in breach of contract and you are entitled to a full refund.
4. Quality problems caused by logistics refer to damage and severe functional defects incurred during transportation. Complete photos or videos taken upon receipt shall be provided as proof. 

We are unable to provide free refunds or exchanges for issues not mentioned above. We appreciate your understanding. If you encounter any product quality issues, please take photos as evidence and contact us promptly.

 

Return at your own expense

You can return items at your own expense if the issues do not align with those specified in our return policy. This includes all costs incurred during the return process, such as shipping fees and customs fees.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse located in Beijing. Once we receive the returned item, we will confirm its condition. If it meets our return criteria, we will promptly ship out the replacement product. Due to the logistics involved in shipping from Beijing to the U.S., there is a shipping fee of $19. To proceed with the exchange, please place a new order for a "Shipping Fee" item on our website to cover this cost. If the exchange cannot be completed for any reason, we will refund the $19 shipping fee.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

1. Before We Fulfill Your Order
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before we begin processing it for shipment. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. After Shipment But Before Customs Processing
If your package has been shipped but has not yet entered the customs clearance process, you may request order cancellation. In this case:

· A full product refund will be issued, excluding the original shipping fee.
· For orders with free shipping, a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

3. After Customs Processing Has Begun
Once your package has entered the customs clearance process, order cancellation is no longer possible.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
