The "Zi Kou" plate is designed with simplicity and practicality in mind. In Chinese, "Zi" carries the meaning of secondary or subordinate, while "Kou" refers to the outer rim of an object extended inward. This design element, commonly used in traditional ceramic production, serves to expand the space of the object or complement its layers.

The boat plates are still practical and health-oriented, naturally matched with other plates in ZIKOU series, blending classic shapes with modern design.

The small boat plate is suitable for use as a small snack plate, condiment plate, or kitchen serving plate, such as for holding eggs, yeast, butter, etc. during baking.

The medium boat plate has a similar function to the ZIKOU deep plate and is perfect for daily use. It has a certain depth, allowing for stir-frying while also accommodating some sauce or soup. It is the preferred choice for small family dining tables.

The large boat plate, or "large fish plate" is the perfect choice for serving large portions of noodles or pasta at home. Of course, it is also suitable for daily use as a fruit plate or salad plate.
